Smart Thermal Energy Systems group is a multi-disciplinary research team with focused research and development activities on sustainability in energy systems through the following thematic research avenues:
1) Thermo-Mechanical Energy Storage Technologies
2) District Energy Systems
3) Heat Pump and Heat Upgrading Systems
4) Renewable Energy Solutions
The group belongs to the section of Thermal Energy, at the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU Construct) in Denmark.
